Stranger Things review

might be spoilers ahead!! Stranger Things 2    The highly anticipated second season of stranger things came this week. Me and my friend (second blogger on here) got together and watched the whole season in one sitting. I admit I wasn't an original fan. I stared watching the show after I went to see "IT" which also stars Finn Wolfhard who plays Mike Wheeler in the series.     This season was different than the first, the series took more of a darker tone. Although it was darker it still has the comedy that the first season had.      P arts that didn't work      Billy     During the season, Billy seemed like he didn't go with the rest of the cast. Bosu Ball Exercises

First exercise: choose weight and twist, keeping leg bent. Do 10 on each side. Second exercise: use only one weight for this, lifting up then gently tapping the ball with you leg out behind you. Do 3 on each side, or as we showed in the video you can modify it if you aren't ready to balance completely. Lunge back with one foot on the ball and lower your weight down. Repeat 3 times.

Thor:Ragnarok

short review 2 Thor: Ragnarok  The third Thor came out this week. I was lucky enough to already see it and I thought it was fantastic. I would give this movie an 8 out of 10 stars. The movie had to be one of the funniest Marvel movies yet. It had a great story line and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely one of the best Marvel superhero movies. Don't forget to stay after the credits!!

Best TRX Workouts  TRX is perfect for whole body workouts, regardless your fitness or strength level. It helps you push your limits and tone your body quickly! Begin with your arms at a 90 degree angle by your side and hips shoulder width apart.  Squat down as low as your comfortable with, keeping your arms bent as shown in the picture.  Start with your arms extended and body tilted backwards. Pull up with your arms at a 90 degree angle by your side. Repeat.  Begin in a standard push-up position with arms straight, holding yourself up. Complete the push-up, lowering yourself until your arms are at 90 degree angles by your sides. Try to keep your body as straight as possible. Enjoy!

Short Reviews: 47 Meters Down

Short Review 1 47 Meters Down We recently watched 47 Meters Down and we would give this movie 2 out of 5 stars. We gave it 2 stars because there were several holes in the plot that left us wanting more. There were some moments that made you question the screen writers ability to carry out a scene without it being predictable, like most shark movies. However, the movie was very entertaining and had us on the edge of our seats at some moments.  If you are into shark movies we also suggest: The Shallows and Jaws.
