Fall Wall

To get into the holiday and seasonal moods it always helps to decorate around you. This fall wall is fast, simple and easy.


  1. First start with a bouquet of fake flowers or leaves. You can just get them for cheap at the dollar store. 
  2. Cut off all the flowers or leaves with some stem left for the next step.
  3. After all the flowers/leaves are cut off put a strip of masking tape on the stem. 
  4. Then just tape the fake plants on the wall and enjoy!!

scissors

Bosu Ball Exercises

First exercise: choose weight and twist, keeping leg bent. Do 10 on each side. Second exercise: use only one weight for this, lifting up then gently tapping the ball with you leg out behind you. Do 3 on each side, or as we showed in the video you can modify it if you aren't ready to balance completely. Lunge back with one foot on the ball and lower your weight down. Repeat 3 times.
